gift box

Everybody whom I gifted the product is very happy

The box was deformed and even the packaging inside was torn and deformed . The bottles were intact but I was disappointed as the whole point of the gift box was to be better packaging for gifting. I was gifting my sister who doesn’t judge so it turned out to be okay but if it were for any one else it would be embarrassing:) also when I placed the order , somehow it was not processed. It was only after me writing an email after 10days that yall realised that it was missed and processed it later. I didn’t really make a big deal out of it because I understand that festive time can be stressful for new businesses. But it would be nice if yall paid special attention to an order where yall had already messed up to atleast make sure that i receive a good product. That being said , I still like your product- the review is solely on the service
